Terms of Service — Altzero Assistant

1. What this is

Altzero Assistant ("the Service") is an internal tool operated by Altzero. It lets authorised staff connect Google Workspace accounts they own or are authorised to operate to a locally run assistant for searching, reading, organising, and drafting their own email.

2. Who may use it

The Service is provided only to Altzero personnel and staff of its affiliated companies. It is not offered to the general public, and no public sign-up exists.

3. Acceptable use

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorised by your employer to operate.
• Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes of Altzero and its affiliates.
• Comply with your employer's acceptable-use and information-security policies and with Google's Terms of Service.

4. Google account access

Access to Google data is granted by you through Google's OAuth consent screen and can be revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions page. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind. Altzero does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altzero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published at this address.
