Privacy Policy — Altzero Assistant

Altzero Assistant is an internal tool operated by Altzero for its own staff. It connects Google Workspace accounts belonging to Altzero and its affiliated companies to a locally run assistant so that authorised staff can search, read, organise, and draft their own email.

Who uses this application

The application is not offered to the public. It is used only by Altzero personnel on accounts they own or are authorised to operate.

Data accessed

With the user's explicit consent, the application requests the following Google permissions: read Gmail messages and labels, modify labels, and create drafts. It does not request permission to send email or to change account settings such as filters or forwarding.

How data is used and stored

• Email content is accessed only to fulfil a request made by the user in the moment and is not retained beyond that request.
• OAuth tokens are stored only on the user's own device, readable by that user alone, and are never transmitted to any third party.
• No email content, metadata, or tokens are sold, shared, or sent to any server other than Google's APIs.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising technology is used.

Limited Use disclosure

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Users can revoke the application's access at any time from their Google Account permissions page, or by deleting the locally stored token.
